Think Green 28-Day Whole Food Plant Based Challenge

This is a whole-food, plant-based challenge which means we will be choosing little to no meat, fish or animal-based dairy products for 28 days. I’ll teach you how to eat veggies every meal, get protein from plants, determine how much protein is really necessary for health and longevity, all while encouraging and supporting you along the way.

We will meet in a private facebook group where I have links to recipes, apps, articles, TED talks, weekly menus and more. You’ll keep a points sheet for added motivation and be encouraged to participate in the daily discussions in the private facebook group.

If this is your first attempt at a whole-food, plant-based diet, you won’t be alone. Give it a try and raise your (water) glass to lowering inflammation, nourishing your gut, beating depression, and fighting diabesity so you can feel fantastic!
