About Me
Hi there, I'm Betty, a trained counselor holding a Master’s degree in Counseling from Multnomah University. My training in both counseling and health coaching merge to find solutions for people battling a variety of physical, emotional, relational and lifestyle concerns.
I'd love to work with you to find solutions and tools to help find your way out of that 'stuck' place. Whether that place comes from trauma, grief, mental illness, poor diet patterns, or relationships, there are ways we can navigate to a more enriching and fulfilling life.
